We provide a wide range of core supports, including personal care, community access, skill-building, companionship, and domestic assistance all tailored to your individual goals.

You can get started by completing our Referral Form on the refer to us page, or by reaching out to us directly. Once we hear from you, we’ll discuss your support needs, prepare a Service Agreement, and organise your supports. It’s a quick and simple process.

Absolutely. Every Care & Co team member holds a Certificate III in Aged Care / Community Support, or higher, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Medication Competency and police check.

Our staff also bring genuine care, professionalism, and experience to ensure safe, high-quality support every time.

Yes ! We believe choice and control are essential. We match participants with support workers who fit their personality, needs, and goals.
